Need help with rent?
City of LAs’ Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP) opened today Tuesday, March 30. Attached are flyers with information about the program and how to apply online or over the phone. HCID has already begun receiving a flood of phone calls and online applications (which is great!) but please continue to remind people that they don't need to apply today. They can go online and call tomorrow and in the coming days. Please share the information with your networks.
ERAP provides federal and state emergency rental assistance funds to assist low-income renters who have been unable to pay their rent due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

There will also be phone support available in multiple languages, and TTY for persons with hearing or speech impairments. The phone number is (833) 373 -0587. Please go to hcidla.lacity.org for more information.
